The JBCCI and CMPF Wing of MP & IR Dept. deals with the following issues:-
- Finalization and implementation of the Wage Agreement for Non-Executive Cadre employees of Coal India Ltd. and its Subsidiaries
- Implementation of Post Retirement Medicare Scheme for Non-Executives of CIL and Subsidiaries
- Revision of Wages of Contractors’ Workers engaged in Mining Activities
- Constitution and coordination of bipartite Committees on issues pertaining to Non-Executive Cadre employees of CIL & Subsidiaries
- Implementation of CMPF 1948 and CMPS 1998 as per the directives of CMPFO
- Settlement of grievances on the matter related to Wages, Service Conditions, Social Security, CMPF, CMPS etc.
