List of Documents - MT Recruitment (CBT-2025)


List of documents to be produced at the time of reporting

The following documents (duly completed and self-attested) must be produced at the time of reporting:

1 Copy of the e-mail for reporting for Document Verification (DV) & Initial Medical Examination (IME).
2 Identity Card (i.e. Voter ID Card / PAN Card / Aadhar Card / Passport).
3.a Bond (in the prescribed format to be executed on Rs. 100/- Non-Judicial stamp paper). Annexure A-1
3.b Bond, for candidates who had submitted NOC from previous employer(PSUs/Government/Semi-Govt./Autonomous bodies) at the time of Interview and are now seeking Transfer of Bond( in the prescribed format to be executed on Rs. 100/- Non- Judicial stamp paper).One photocopy of the same. Annexure A-2
4 Two (02) copies of the Attestation Form, each duly filled by the candidate and countersigned (with stamp) by a Gazetted Officer. Annexure B
5 Two (02) copies of Identity Certificate, each duly filled by candidate and countersigned (with stamp) by a Gazetted Officer. Annexure C
6 Two copies (02) of the Marriage Declaration Form. Annexure D
7 Fifteen (15) recent passport-size colour photograph, as pasted in the Application Form.
8 Matriculation/10th / Secondary Board Level Certificate / Marksheet / Admit Card in support of age.
9 Marksheet of HSC/12th Standard.
10 Final Degree and Marksheets of all years/semesters/ trimesters/ groups, as required for minimum eligibility criteria specified in Advt. No. 01/2025 (percentage of marks obtained should be clearly visible in the certificates).
11 For candidates of Personnel/HR, Marketing & Sales, Community Development etc., discipline, the specialization in the relevant field and/or Major specialization, as specified in the advertisement, is mandatory and it should be clearly mentioned in the Degree / Certificate / Marksheets. In case of not meeting the minimum eligibility criteria, the candidature for the post of MT will be cancelled without giving any further chance.
12 The supporting documents with reference to the minimum experience required for the Security Discipline as per the Advertisement no: 01/2025.
13 CGPA/GPA conversion certificate to percentage (%) issued by University/Institute, if applicable.
14 For OBC (Non-Creamy Layer), SC/ST - Valid Caste Certificate in prescribed format issued by the competent authority (format available on CIL website). Annexure E
15 For PwD category - Certificate in the prescribed format of Govt. of India duly issued by the competent authority (format available on CIL website), and UDID issued by the GOI.
16 For Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) - Valid Income & Asset certificate issued by the competent authority as per OM No. 36039/1/2019-Estt (Res) dated 31.01.19 of DoPT, Ministry of PPG&P, Govt. of India for the year 2024-2025, already available on CIL Website.
17 17 No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the present employer if employed in Government / Semi-Govt. / Public Sector Undertaking / Autonomous body. "NOC" is mandatory and non-submission will attract rejection of candidature.
