The Executive Information System has been introduced wherein all the Executives of CIL & its subsidiaries can see their personal data available in EIS like their Employee Master file, Grade History, Location History, Qualification History, etc.. It is to be noted that an executive can see only his personal information.

Username and password for the Executives to see their personal data is

Username : e(EIS Number)
Password : y(Year of DOB)

For instance, if an executive is having an EIS Number as 90227000 and born in the year 1970, then his username and password are

Username : e90227000
Password : y1970

Each executive can change his/her password using the Manage tab of Online EIS which is on the right hand corner of the EIS site as shown below:



If any Executive is having a problem/correction in his/her personal information, he/she can report it to his/her corresponding EIS Nodal officers/GM(EE)/HOD(EE) of the respective subsidiary to address the issue/ proper updation.
