Mr. S. Narsing Rao, Chairman CIL meets Kolkata Press

Mr. S. Narsing Rao after assuming the charge as Chairman, Coal India Limited on 24 April 2012 had an informal talk with Kolkata Press later in the day at Coal Bhawan, the headquarters of the company. Mr. Rao spoke of the key challenges the company is faced with and emphasized the need of augmenting the production and stepping up the coal supplies. He also spoke of Coal India’s plans for foreign acquisitions. Mr. Rao had an interactive session with the representatives of the fourth estate along with Mr. Mohan Das, Director (Personnel & Industrial Relations) and Mr. N Kumar, Director (Technical).
